I have had a lifelong affair with photography since early childhood. My first college class was a darkroom photography class which forged my love for this medium some 30 years ago. I have never stopped learning since. I have been fortuned to have been mentored by many great American and European master photographers such as Joyce Tenneson, Tony Corbel, Greg Gorman, Bobi Lane, John Paul Caponigro, Carl Taylor among many other remarkable contemporary photographers that are revitalizing the field once again with their inspiring creative energy and superb technical expertise.
While I have been fascinated by almost every genre of photography, it has been portrait photography that has captivated me the most. I created Photoglyptos, which means sculpting-with-light in Greek as a high-end portraiture studio to extend my creative vision and expertise to others and continue my love affair with this magical medium.
